I had a mixed experience during my stay at Sonder Duane Street. The location in Tribeca is fantastic, allowing easy access to the subway and local attractions, which was a huge plus for me. However, I encountered a couple of issues with my room, such as a leaking sink and some noise from neighbors, which affected my overall satisfaction. The staff were extremely helpful, particularly Victoria, who made my experience much better despite the challenges.
